W.E.L.T.
"'W.E.L.T.'" was a briefly extant side-project between members of Industrial music bands Skinny Puppy (Nivek Ogre) and Ministry (band) (Al Jourgensen and Michael Balch). The project was active for a short while in 1989.
"Noreen" is the only W.E.L.T. song to have ever surfaced. Various elements of the song were subsequently incorporated into the song The Fall (song) which appears on Ministry's album Filth Pig. The track "Noreen" appears on a Skinny Puppy bootleg compilation album Ain't Enough Damn Puppy released in 1995 in cassette format only. The track is not listed on the cover but does appear as a song on the cassette itself and is also listed on the cassette shell. The track is currently still available for purchase from certain Russian 'legal' MP3 download sites, despite the track being officially unreleased.
In 2001, Nivek Ogre reformed W.E.L.T. project under the new name ohGr, and under this name the band has released further material.

A woman that was angry her new Chihuahua had just died entered a dog breeders home and pummeled him on the head with her dead puppy. Lisa Lynn Hopfer was charged with trespassing and third-degree assault with her Chihuahua on the June 7 incident. The 33-year-old woman told police she had taken the puppy to a veterinarian, who said it was only 4 weeks old and needed to be returned to its mother. But before she could return the puppy named Chloe, it died.
Early Wednesday she went to the breeders home and wrestled him as she tried to get down to the basement and take another puppy. Then the breeder got Lisa out of her house and that is when she started to get beaten over the head with a dead Chihuahua. As the woman drove away she waved the dead puppy out of the sunroof and shouted numerous threats at the breeder. Police said they are considering felony burglary charges against woman and misdemeanor assault charges.
